At Re Di Roma Wood-Fired Pizza Truck, our commitment to authentic Italian pizza begins with the heart of our kitchen: the Valoriani 140 wood-fired oven.

Handcrafted in Italy since 1890, Valoriani ovens are world-renowned for their unmatched quality and performance. Ours was imported directly from Figline Valdarno, near Florence—a 3,800-pound masterpiece of Italian engineering, built with premium refractory materials and timeless tradition.

This isn’t just an oven—it’s the soul of our pizza. Fueled by wood and passion, it bakes at temperatures that create the perfect balance of blistered crust, airy chew, and that unmistakable smoky aroma that only a true wood-fired oven can deliver.

And that gleaming copper finish? It’s more than beautiful—it’s meaningful. The tiles were chosen as a nod to Arizona’s heritage, honoring the state’s long history as “The Copper State.” Mined and prized for generations, copper is part of Arizona’s identity. By wrapping the oven in copper, Re Di Roma blends Italian fire with Arizona history—where tradition meets home, and every pizza tells a deeper story.
